Let music be part of your life

What does Integral Violin Academy offer?

We all have a very busy lifestyle these days. It's hard to find the time to just sit and relax. Even when we have spare time we usually get lost in smartphones, tablets, computers, etc. This is not true relaxation. It actually makes us more anxious and agitated.

Playing violin can be a great solution to enrich our lifestyle. Creating a beautiful tune from your finger tips has a healing effect. Our mind becomes calm and our heart follows where the music takes us. This is freedom. Yes, music gives us freedom.

Integral Violin Academy aims to integrate violin study into our lifestyle in order to bring harmony between mind and body. Violin playing provides us calmness, plus better concentration and discipline. Oh, not to mention, enjoyment of course.

Our agitated nervous system, due to speed of daily life, can be healed and relieved from playing and listening to music. It's fun and healthy.

Tutor Gayoung Yoon will help students create suitable practice schedules for effective results, based on consistency and discipline. Everyone is different. She will provide the best suitable weekly practice plan only for you.

Elton John once said, "It's never late to start anything". Especially in music, there is no limit or boundary. The path of music is always there for all of us. It is up to us to take it and own it.

Everyone is welcome, from beginner to advanced level and all ages.

about
Gayoung Yoon in an orchestra

Tutor: Gayoung Yoon

Gayoung has studied violin with a senior examiner of Australian Music Education Board and a principal director of Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra.

She has extensive experience in teaching and performing for a number of years within Australia and internationally. She was an assistant concert master at Northern Beaches Symphony Orchestra in Sydney and a 1st violinist at Bangkok Charity Orchestra.

She has worked as a conductor of a junior string group at Cromer Public School in Sydney and also she has taught violin at Robinson International School of Music in Bangkok.

Although she has accomplished such goals, her path with violin had a humble beginning. She met her first violin in Varanasi, India. It was more like a 'violin looking' wooden box. But she overcame many obstacles with pure effort and passion and now she shares and continues her musical journey with students.

Her method of teaching is based on discipline and enjoyment. She gives students right guidance for individual needs.
